We have recently upgraded some product lines on smart-balancewheel.com and now you can activate, control, monitor and even trouble-shoot your smart balance wheel & hoverboard with your cell phone! This APP is now available on both App Store and Google Play for you to download today (QR code for scanning is included in the product manual).

After you download the App, you can simply connect your smart balance wheel & hoverboard by pressing the Bluetooth connect button on the upper left corner (See picture below). The default password is 000000 (you can change it after the first connection). The main interface of the APP shows many hoverboard’s parameters, including current speed, real-time battery power lever, current and cumulative mileage.

By pressing the start button, you can activate your hoverboard. You can change the speed of the device by pressing ‘Speed mode button’ (beginner, normal or advanced). However, to ensure safety usage of this APP, you will not be able to change speed mode when you are riding the hoverboard. You can further adjust the parameters (including changing device name, password, speed , driving force and sensitivity) in the settings section.

Bluetooth Hoverboard App

One of the most important features of this APP is the trouble-shooting function. After you enter the ‘CHECK’ panel by pressing the ‘Fault detection button’ on the upper right corner, you will be able to check if your smart balance wheel is functioning normally. In other words, if you are having any issue with your hoverboard, you can easily find out which part is damaged and needs to be replaced or fixed. The ultimate goal of introducing this App is to provide our customers the best experiences enjoying riding and maintaining your smart balance wheel.

Hey I am an iPhone user and I can’t find your app on AppStore so please tell me what is the name of the app so that I can download it and I also can’t scan barcode as the bar code scanner says that such a bar code do not exist please tell me I want to download the app!!!

The app in the Google Play Store is called “SuperPower” no spaces. I could not get the app to sync with my Galaxy Note 4, The Audio did sync. The app does sync fine with my Nexus 6. If you cant get it to sync, it might be something with the way Bluetooth is implemented on Samsung. Try a different device. I would like to say the shipping was really quick. And I strongly suggest wearing a helmet and some pads.
