Return Policy

We are proud of the quality of the items that we sell. Fewer than 1% of smart balance wheel shipped products are subject to any warranty or quality issue. All purchases from are eligible for refund within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt.

In an unlikely event there is a quality defect, please first contact our customer service and provide your order number or proof of purchase. We will do our best to advise you. Often the issue can be fixed by installing properly or replacing an accessory.

Any returns must be discussed and authorized by our customer service in advance. We will send you a detailed return instruction and return address after approval.

The cost of return shipping will be paid by customer and cannot be compensated. Please use trackable shipping service with shipping assurance for return shipping,

Refund Policy

Send us the tracking number once you sent out the package. Upon receipt of your returned product, we will send you an email to notify you. We will also inform you the approval or rejection of your refund (warranty will be invalidated if any physical damage is caused by misuse).

Once approved, your refund will be processed. If you paid with your PayPal account balance, the money will be directly refunded to your PayPal account.

It might take up to 30 days for credit or debit cards refunds to show up on your account depending on the card company involved.
